Meet James Lewis, Founder and President
James began his Agile journey in 2011 while working as a Project Manager in Washington, D.C.
Since then, James has evolved from Scrum Master to Enterprise Agile Coach, guiding over 1,000 professionals through Agile transformations.
His expertise includes the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean practices, and team-based delivery strategies that work in any environment — from startups to large government agencies.
